The company offers permanent search services from Senior level to C-Suite to Fintech, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Clinical Research Organizations on a competitive fixed fee model. In the first instance, a client approaches TK-CHAIN® with a request to fill a permanent position in their respective organization. TK-CHAIN® will request the client to pay an upfront search fee, and then schedule an initial meeting to discuss their specific talent needs. During the meeting, TK-CHAIN® will collect information on the skill areas required, get an idea on the ideal candidate profile, understand the stage of the client’s projects, and strategic objectives.  The company will then investigate its existing talent pool and external sources for a match to the client’s requirements. 

TK-CHAIN® uses a patent approved tool, “Teamkinetics”,

 to perform a full 360-degree assessment of any prospect talent/candidate as well as the client’s requirements.  The software tool offers a multi-dimensional view to assess prospect the candidate’s “hard skills“ but behavioural attributes to determine fit with the client company.  A list of suitable candidates is sent to the client with automatically generated reports.

Candidate Video Intro A short candidate video into, to provide a personal introduction to the company, a brief overview of their history and career, and suitability for the role.
Candidate Summary A summary by the recruitment project leader, giving an overview of the candidate’s career, specific strengths, and the areas they wish to bring to attention for the client.
Behvioral Testing To analyse the candidate’s temperament, specifically how they will approach various situations involved in the job, reaction to pressure, taking responsibility among other areas. These reports are generated by McQuiag Institute, an independent, highly regarded psychometric provider.
Job Fit Analysis The candidates psychometrics are compared with those of personnel who are already succeeding in the position, in order to predict their future performance in the role.
Competency Tests Candidates answer questions before the interview in order to showcase their knowledge, give well though out respobses to to key part of the job specification, and offer a direct method to compare them with other clients. They also assist in providing valuable talking points for follow-up interviews.
Adavced Candidate Benchmark Analysis If requested by the client, a high-level candidate benchmark analysis is done, and made available to compare clients in a numers of areas of interest.

The client is able to move forward with a candidate, from an informed position, based on TK Chain’s high-level reports. After the position is filled, TK-CHAIN® may stay on, offering value-added services to manage the relationship with the client.
